A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to jury privacy in criminal trials. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION . No juror may be required during criminal trial voir dire to reveal his or her views on religion, politics, or the law being prosecuted. |
